If clients fail to appear for their experience without prior notice, no refunds will be issued. Changes to dates or participant details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if requested within 24 hours of the experience start time.
We reserve the right to amend itineraries or cancel tours in cases of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., political instability, natural disasters). In such cases, clients will be offered either a full refund or an alternative tour of similar value. If a tour requires a minimum number of participants and this requirement is not met, we will notify clients at least 15 days before the tour start date and provide a full refund.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
